We had several things that needed fixing on our carpet. We had it installed 3 years ago and we kept stepping on sharp tacks in the doorways. We also had an entertainment center built and they had to rip up the carpet to install but didn't put the carpet back down (two years ago) and then my HOT iron fell on the carpet and melted it. Don came and fixed EVERYTHING!! I am so happy with the way it came out and the iron mark is all gone and you can't tell that anything was changed. Excelient job. Oh and his teenage son moved all the furniture out and then back in, amazing!!
