Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

If your looking forward for professional honest carpet repair or work...inland empire carpet is the right choice. Don is very responsive and friendly. His workforce is very polite. The work itself is great. We have used them twice now. more

I really appreciated the work Don did on my carpet repair. He was on time, got right to work, was totally professional, answered all my questions and got the job done right in a timely fashion. Perfect 2/15/2013

Don has just left our house. He is our hero! Our brand new carpet is now repaired and looks beautiful. He is a lovely guy to have around the house for a couple of hours. and he gave our car a jump start in the hail and rain on his way out too. Great Service! Told them my problem they gave me a quote over the phone & set up an appointment for right away! Don was very friendly & did a great job! Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I would use them again in a second! more

I appreciate the great service . The man seemed experienced and was very informative when I had any questions. The man was a little late but by all means made up for it by calling right away and having excellent customer service. I'll be calling again that's for sure. more

My sister called the Inland Empire Carpet repair as a last resort to stretch our Mom's carpet. He said he would come to us at about 5 pm. He showed up, looked at the old carpet and said not a problem and went right to work. He is honest,reasonable in pricing, courteous And just an all around great person. Fantastic work and personability 1/7/2013

First and foremost, I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to do our carpet repair. Don is very knowledgeable and hard working. He fixed our doorway repair (thanks to our little Zoe) in no time. The work is Excellent! If, and I sure hope it's an IF, this happens again Don from IECR will be the only one I will call. Thanks for all of your hard work! more

Great job! 12/18/2012

IECR did a great job! Don was amazing he fixed a snag in our burner carpet that was 4 feet long and saved us from having to replace the hole carpet. We also had a tear in a bedroom carpet from the previous owners dog and he fixed that also. We had no spare carpet remnants but he took a patch from the closet to fix the tear and patched the closet with a v Rey similar piece that he had. He quoted us a price which was true and he arrived right on time and called about 20 min before his scheduled time to let us know he was on his way. He also does new carpet installation and cleaning, and we will definately keep his card handy for all our carpet needs. Every business should take take training from Don on how to deliver great customer service. Can't say enough good things. more

Our carpet needed some extensive repair. Don did a fantastic job. He is very thorough and really knows his stuff. It was such a pleasure doing business with someone who really cares about the end result! I would recommend Don to any and all. We also are going to have our carpet cleaned by him as well. We left our dog home alone and he tore up the carpet next to our front door. We called Don's company and they came out and the spot looks unbelievable. It looks like it was never even damaged. I highly recommend him! more

Carpet stretching 10/28/2012

My family was moving to a new home and the carpet needed some work. I contacted Don to give me an estimate on carpet stretching and the price he quoted me, surprisingly, was within my budget. We were also fortunate that he could do it on the day before we move. Don came on time and did an excellent job on our carpet. We were very pleased with his service and would definitely use him again if we need carpet repair. more

Military Friendly 10/18/2012

As a military wife with a husband deployed overseas just any repair guy I found off the internet was not going to work. Don was a great choice and I am very pleased with his work! He worked around my schedule and helped me to make the best decisions regarding the selling of my home in the future!
