Used State Farm for over 6 years and been happy with our agent. We recently had a claim and the rep handled it well. Glad to see State Farm on Judy's Book.

Worst

After being a customer for auto and Home insurance for 8 years, this agent didn't helpe us when we needed it. He never answers phone calls and always refers you to an 800 number....

Kirk Ingels has been my insurance for many years. Kirk and his staff are very knowledge about insurance, are professional and very friendly and helpful. I can call them anytime with questions about my auto or home insurance and they are quick to respond. Kirk and his staff keeps us informed on the lastest insurance updates. What I really like about him and his staff is that they take time to listen to you about any concerns you may have. I would highly recommend the Kirk Ingels office as your State Farm Agent. more

Wonderful Customer Service 8/10/2011

The previous insurance company that I was with had wonderful customer service, up until the agent I was working with left the company. So I began shopping around for prices, and remembered that several years ago I had spoken with Heather at Kirk's office. She had been wonderful, very helpful and prompt in her responses. So I decided to give her a call. more

Exceptional customer service 8/5/2011

I have been with State Farm for many years now, as they provide my auto insurance. On several occasions when I have called Kirks office, he answered the phone himself and helped me like I was his most important customer he had. If I have ever had to leave a message, my call was returned almost immediately. more

I have been with State Farm for nearly 40 yrs. I started with Dick (Dad) in Dallas and since I moved to Austin I continued under Kirk (Son) and I haven't missed a step. Scott specifically has provided for my needs in the most professional way yet in the most friendliest, caring, personable way that is simply outstanding. State Farm is a huge company but as long Kirk and Scott are taking care of my insurance needs I know that what is best for me is their priority. more

Insurance for life 4/25/2011

Since we are going to have insurance for life anyway it makes it so much nicer to have an agent who is local and available when I call. Kirk Ingles' office staff are all about polite friendly help from a neighbor who understands and lives in Central Texas. Also when I ask around what my friends and family pay for their insurance I know I am getting a good deal on real coverage that won't flake when I need them. more

I travel quite a lot therefore choose not to own a vehicle. I do choose however to keep my self insured regardless of what I'm driving, more

Prompt and caring agent 2/2/2011

In the fall, I had a large oak tree smash through the living room window and take out the back side of my house. My son and I were putting dinner in the oven when we heard a loud pop, and our power went out. We secured ourselves in the downstairs and waited for the storm to blow over. About 30 minutes later, we went over to the neighbor?s house across the street. We couldn?t believe the sight of our house?this huge oak more

Great customer service!!!! 11/15/2007

My auto, home, and life insurance are with this agency. I am very pleased with the level of service provided . I unfortunately had a fender-bender this past summer and ALL I had to do was make one call to this office. The rest was taken care of by Kirk and his staff. Thank you State Farm! more

Disappointed and Mad! 11/22/2005

After being a customer for auto and Home insurance for 8 years, this agent didn't helpe us when we needed it. He never answers phone calls and always refers you to an 800 number. They just don't give any customer service and wouldn't back up my family after a recent auto accidnet. Go somewhere else! Cons: No Customer Service, Unreachable more
