Since we are going to have insurance for life anyway it makes it so much nicer to have an agent who is local and available when I call. Kirk Ingles' office staff are all about polite friendly help from a neighbor who understands and lives in Central Texas. Also when I ask around what my friends and family pay for their insurance I know I am getting a good deal on real coverage that won't flake when I need them.
