Quick Service, great results 9/18/2015

I have owned this truck for 15 years and this is the first time I took it to Import Authority. They did a great job and the repair was done quickly. Seemed like a bunch if nice guys. I will take my truck there for repair again (hopefully later and not sooner) more

Import Authority has always been the go-to first choice for my cars. I know that I will receive the best care possible and for the last 20+ years I have never on any visit felt that I had received less than 100% effort to resolve any problem. more

First Visit 9/4/2015

I recently bought a civic that started having air conditioner problems. My friends recommended the shop, and I am not disappointed. Rather than charge me to put in a new compressor, Import Authority took the time to properly diagnose and rectify the problem. The atmosphere is good and the mechanics are skilled. I'll be coming back here for all of my future vehicle maintenance. more

Honesty and integrity 8/29/2015

I've been an Import Authority customer for 12 years. They have seen me through my first car (a 1990 Nissan Sentra) and six other cars since. I brought my Subaru Forester in to have it checked for a rough idle and squeaking on hard turns. I got a call later that afternoon saying that the car looked great and received a recommendation on how to avoid the squeak in the future (it wasn't a mechanical problem). They also suggested a possible flush and BG fuel treatment to help with the rough idle, but Clinton was not pushy about this at all. I decided to do it and have been very pleased with the results. more
