Rely on these guys to treat you right 12/1/2015

I've been going to Import Authority since the 80's because I can count on them. First, they do great work. But just as important: they deal straight and they never try to gouge you. They'll tell you your options and if it's something you don't really need to repair or there are less expensive alternatives, they will let you know that. more

Always honest and work is always done right 11/21/2015

Warren, Clinton, and Chip always take the extra time to go over and plan what needs to be done for maintenance or repairs to your vehicle, they go the extra mile to get the best prices for parts, their estimates are always spot on so there are no surprises when you go to pay, and most importantly they are honest and tell you even when you don't need brakes or belts and tell you what might need to be watched or expected for your next service. We are blessed to have this team here in Tallahassee to take care of us and keep our vehicles in great shape. I won't go anywhere else for repairs and service! more

Great service and great people! 11/16/2015

Import Authority was extremely easy to do business with starting with Clinton who set up the appointment and explained all of the work that would be done to my vehicle. I felt comfortable and not intimidated like I have felt at many other car maintenance shops. Thank you! more

Diagnostic 11/12/2015

The Technicians were able to let me know that the issue I has having with my vehicle was due to the battery which allowed me to return to the auto parts store and get them to replace my battery. more
