Great service and great mechanics. Shuttle service for early morning drop off is very helpful. Took the time to explain what they did and the status of the car. Did not over sell - simply informed and offered recommendations. more

No other garage I would consider 2/5/2016

I have been taking my cars (Acura Integra and Subaru Outback) to IA for years. I always feel that I have been treated fairly and honestly. Furthermore, I know that IA stands behind its work and will make things right should a part or function that they have installed fail. The staff are friendly, concerned, competent, and customer oriented. more

2002 Sebring Used Car Diagnosis 1/22/2016

If you are in the search of a used car, I would highly recommend coming into import authority and getting them to find out what the real deal with it is. Family has been using them for over a decade and they will always give it to you straight, if it's not broke they'll tell you, if it is, they'll fix it back to if not better than factory condition. Will continue to use them in the future. more

What makes going to Import Authority great is that I can trust what they tell me relative to what does and does not need to be done. I never feel like I am being sold a repair, i.e. convinced to make a repair that may not be needed or that can wait. more
