She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

Finally one I will stick with 9/30/2011

After trying 3 different stylists at Ihloff I have finally found one who listens to the requests of her client and is engaging. Al did a great job on my hair and I now consider her my stylist! Front desk service is not always consistent........ I had a great gal book my appointment and check in was ok, but at check out the gal was not totally paying attention to me and I had to remind her that I wanted to book my next appt. more

Best Massages! 9/29/2011

Wonderful, Wonderful, WOnderful!! Before shutting down my computer last night, I saw there was a message appointment open at 7:45 pm. Called and got it booked. It was spectacular! Jerry was my massage therapist. I also really enjoy massages by John Paul. They are both fabulous, but in different ways. I also love the Aveda products! more

My experience at Ihloff Utica Square 9/27/2011

Everyone was very friendly and offered a beverage while I waited. My stylist Seth, was very good and gave me the style I wanted. The products are good quality. What made me have a lukewarm experience, however, was the loud noise. The sound of hair dryers and loud voices bounces off the concrete floor, walls and high ceiling. There should be sound buffering panels on every wall as well as hanging vertical from the ceiling. I could hardly make my hair-cut style requests known to my stylist over the loud din. more

I came in to buy a gift card for a friend and the girl who helped me was friendly and welcoming. She even wished me a happy birthday after she looked at my account. She was so exceptional that I went and grabbed a hair care product to purchase. I didn't get her name, she was blond, but she is an asset to your company!! more

I always enjoy my experience at Ihloff, however the last time I was there, it was NOT made clear to me the cost of what the stylist had in mind.I was shocked when I went to check out. It was three times the cost I was originally told. more

Settle in and stay 9/24/2011

I've been getting my hair cut at Ihloff for 12 years and I like it more every time I go. The hot towel while my hair is conditioned along with hand massaging is sinfully good! My stylist, Randi, is great at keeping me looking my best. She's always ready with suggestions if I feel like making a change, but she knows my hair so well that she keeps me from making any changes that wouldn't work. more

This was a calming and soothing experience. My skin felt refreshed afterwards and the lady I worked with was wonderful. The hot shower in between was so amazing I didn't want to get out. more

As always, really enjoyed the appointment, et al. However, does anyone ever empty the trash cans in the bathrooms? They always are overflowing. Also, you have 3 large, lovely posters of models up related to your November arts supporting event. PLEASE - the one on the left is of such a clearly anorexic young woman - she is skeletal. NOT a good promotional item. Thin is one thing, but she looks like she won't survive much longer. I am a bit aghast that the solon supports a disease like anorexia. more

Had a three generation spa treat for myself, my mother, and my daughter at Ihloff Utica. Best pedicure ever!! Roxanne was wonderful and my toes are beautiful. The people who work there made us all feel welcome and pampered. Love Love Love more
