She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

I had a great experience! Kelly gave me a great color and super blowout. Then Rachel game did a beautiful touch up on my make up. I had a Christmas Party to go to afterwards and I got so many compliments! Thank you so much! more

Best salon/hair appointment experience ever! 12/7/2011

I had such a great experience. After being referred by a friend, I went to see Randi Turner (AMS) at the Utica location. It was the most relaxing, wonderful hair appointment I have ever had. Randi and her assistant were so wonderful! They went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. As for my hair, she did the best coloring I've ever had. I've been asking for a certain color for over a year at various salons; Randi was the first to give me exactly what I was looking for! Well worth the extra cost to have her. I will be back for sure! more

Utica Square Ihloff Amazing! 11/30/2011

I love the Utica Square Aveda Ihloff salon. I have been to other Ihloff salons and this one by far is the best. Everyone there is very nice and treats you amazing. Also the atmosphere is relaxing and so nice. If you do decided to go here please use Lauren Michelle. She is one the best stylist you will get. She can do anything. more

Amber is great, she really listens to her clients and does a great job in satisfying the client. I have very thick and curly hair and Amber does my highlights and styles me so well i can go out immediately after every visit! I tried a keratin express treatment on my hair and love it so far! Had dealt with a scheduling issue the first time I booked this appt but Tracy the salon manager went above and beyond in helping me rebook a convenient time. Randi is always great - been getting my hair done and nails for years - highly recommend! more
