The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. This is abt my 5th visit since I moved here from MD last year. it's always difficult to find the hair dresser like the one you are used to going to for years. I have had 3 hair dressers at this salon. All of the cuts have been excellant. However I have had difficulty in getting the colors I want, most time there is not enough contrast and sometimes it is too light and sometimes too dark. once I went back the next week for a corrections and was charged full price again which I felt was too much. one lady has done my hair several times now and I love her, and the cuts but each time, but the color is a little darker than I expect and does not have the contrast I like it. i have had one manicure and it was the worse I have had in my life. I will not go back for my nails. The polish didn't stay on for even one day.
