I have worked with HT for many years through different roles and companies that I have worked for in the Austin-area for both temp staffing, direct placement and professional hire roles. I would recommend HT to anyone who is looking for these types of services. Chrystal and Claire always provide above and beyond client service. When there is an issue, they're very quick to resolve it and usually have a plan before I make a suggestion. That's exactly what you want when working with a staffing group. They have a great eye for all levels of talent. No matter what company I've worked for, they always "get it" when it comes to company culture and fit for the candidate. I have worked with HT Staffing for a little over 2 & 1/2 years now. I was introducted to HT as a new resident of Austin, looking for an HR job. They placed me at a company in an HR role. I worked for the company for 6 months as a temp, then they offered me a full-time position. In my job, I have been lucky enough to continue working with HT, as our primary staffing agency. This agency is outstanding compared to other agencies i've been to in the last 6 months. I have more experience than the average person including 4 years active duty in the military. When I contacted this agency, my agent was Chrystal and shes phenomenal. Most agencies will put you in whatever job as fast as they can to just make quick money because they know in this economy, people are eager to work. However, chrystal made sure she set me up with interviews that only fit what I wanted and what I expected salary wise. She spoke highly of me to all employers and I greatly appreciate it. I have nothing but great things to say about HT Staffing. This is my first experience with a staffing agency. From the moment I walked into HT Staffing I received 5 star service particularly from Chrystal. When I went in to meet with Chrystal, we went over my skills, experience, my work place preferences, my goals and where i saw myself in a few years. After talking with her, she ended up giving me not only a sense of confidence in my skills but helped me discover exactly what I was looking for in the "perfect job." I just moved to Austin from California and was able to land a job within a week after contacting HT Staffing. I submitted my resume and then received a phone call the next day to set up an interview. They had me take some online tests, to gauge my abilities, and then I was scheduled to meet with Chrystal. She was so sweet from the get go. We had a short chat as to what I was looking for in a job, and then she said she might already have a position for me. After our talk I was on in interview with a company within a couple of days. Chrystal e-mailed me and called me to make sure I was totally prepared and felt comfortable going into the interview. After the interview, she followed up to see how it went. We didn't hear back from the company after a few days, so Chrystal informed me about another opportunity. I tried the second company and went right to work the next day. She contacted almost every day the first work week to make sure I was doing ok, and to encourage me. After a week on the job, I was offered a full-time position.
