Review content:
HT Group was a referral from a friend who works in corporate HR. After asking about my experiences with other local recruiters, she urged me to call HT Group. Two months later, happily engaged on a temp-to-hire assignment with HT Group, I easily can see why they earn rave reviews. What has HT Group looming, head and shoulders, above other staffing firms in Austin? It's their people-first attitude that's not all talk. Rather than being dismissed as a resource, I was treated with respect, as an individual with unique talents. Julianne Lopez, in particular, amazed! She suggested a much-needed resume overhaul, going well beyond the call of duty in the process. Most importantly, she listened, coached and encouraged. In contrast to previous experiences, I left the initial HT interview with shoulders thrown back and chin up, for the first time in months. Julianne's input reinvigorated my approach and renewed confidence. The follow-up from Chrystal Long and Krystal Matthews was equally exceptional. These ladies are as smart as they are people-savvy, and they really know their industry. Austin, Texas, there IS no other staffing firm, not in my book. Thank you HT Group, and Julianne, in particular.
