I have more experience than the average person including 4 years active duty in the military. When I contacted this agency, my agent was Chrystal and shes phenomenal. Best Experience I Have Ever Had with a Staffing Company!\r \r I have nothing but great things to say about HT Staffing. This is my first experience with a staffing agency. Chrystal is AMAZING!!\r \r I just moved to Austin from California and was able to land a job within a week after contacting HT Staffing. I submitted my resume and then received a phone call the next day to set up an interview. They had me take some online tests, to gauge my abilities, and then I was scheduled to meet with Chrystal. She was so sweet from the get go. We had a short chat as to what I was looking for in a job, and then she said she might already have a position for me. \r \r After our talk I was on in interview with a company within a couple of days. Chrystal e-mailed me and called me to make sure I was totally prepared and felt comfortable going into the interview. After the interview, Chrystal followed up to see how it went and how I felt I did. We didn't hear back from the company after a few days, so Chrystal let me know that she had another opportunity available. I decided to try the second company and went right to work the next day. \r \r She contacted me almost everyday of that first work week to make sure I was doing ok, and to encourage me. I had a wonderful experience with HT Staffing early last year (and I've been with the company for over a year now!). The whole experience felt like they were really committed to finding the best fit for the candidate rather than just placing them in any ""temp"" position. We used their temp services and were sent two slacker temp workers, who were very good for the first few weeks they worked, and once when the felt like they had our confidence, turned into total slackers. One of them hid files, to make it look like she was getting all of her invoicing done, doctored our books, falsified weekly time cards, as well as, forging signatures approving the cards and the final blow, so far we have uncovered around $4,900 that was transferred from our bank account to various accounts all over the US. One of the accounts was the owner of the apartments that she lived in. Instead of helping us get this resolved, HT has accused us of lying about signing her forged time cards, about her lack of performance, as well as, the theft of almost $5,000 from our bank account.
