Lawrence is very knowledgeable in his work. Resolved all of our A/C issue (Noise) and initiated process to have our Water Heater R&R'd. Thanks again as Always!

Furnace check up 12/14/2016

I enjoy this service . I know my furnace is in good operating status. The only suggestion...bring a small vacuum to get up the insulation off the floor. I had to get out mine to pick up the small mess. more

excellent service. I was in the hospital for 6 months and my wife called with some heating problems. danny came out and fixed the problem, treated my wife with respect and was very friendly and helpful. he's been out to my house a couple of times in the last few years and every time he has been professional, friendly and answered any questions we would have. excellent employee. more

Service Review 11/9/2016

Had my Furnace Annual Inspection today by Kelly M of Home Smart. Kelly did a great job and left me a confidence that it is ready for the upcoming Winter. I have done this every Fall for many Years and I can only say, if you are not a member of Home Smart, than you are missing out on a good thing. more

James V, Jarrid, Dave, and Brad worked very hard, they were very professional. They were personable and explained everything they needed to do. They left our basement and yard clean, you would never have known that had put in heating, air conditioning, and water heater. A very good experience! more

FURNACE INSPECTION 9/13/2016

Our inspection time was set for 11:00am and Steve T. called and said that he would be able to see us 45 min earlier and was there promptly on time. Steve was friendly and very professional explaining all the steps and procedures needs to complete his inspection. We purchased a high efficient furnace from Xcel/HomeSmart 5 years ago and it had been a wonderful investment thanks to the continued service provided and delivered from Service Pros like Steve T.! more

Manual L 7/21/2016

Manual arrived at my home to fix my home AC. He thoroughly checked each area to trouble shoot where the problem was originating. He was polite, efficient and went the extra mile of energy,,time and knowledge to assure a thorough job. He even rinsed off my dirty furnace filters in the yard! My AC is working fine and I so appreciate the wonderful job he did. Thanks, Manual! more

Steve T did an awesome job repairing my air-conditioner He was very professional and gave me a few tips on how to use the furnace fan along with the air-conditioner.After the repair he also cleaned out all the dead leaves and debris from the bottom of the unit.Not sure thats in his job description but thanks anyway. more
