Lawrence is very knowledgeable in his work. Resolved all of our A/C issue (Noise) and initiated process to have our Water Heater R&R'd. Thanks again as Always!

David P. came to maintain my central air today. Was very friendly and courteous. My little dog kept messing with him, but he was very good with her. She wanted to play while he was trying to work. I hope he can be the maintenance person for me from now on. Great person and very helpful. more

David P., came to our house and had to fix a boiler problem. The boiler is in the crawl space of our home. Usually when someone come out to fix something in our crawl space they complain, not David no complaints, he stated no problem we'll get the job done. David was always courteous which you do not find much of anymore. Further David found something else wrong with our system and made arrangements for someone to fix it. The customer service at Excel's Home Smart is A-1 with me. Hire more people like David P. Thanks the Wickershams more

HAVC periodic maintenance tune up 2/19/2019

Randy B did a great job. Even more he explained the various functions and capabilities of HAVC systems. Gave me tips for maintaining the humidifier. He educates his clients on how to best maintain the HAVC system. more

Outstanding Service Pro/Randy B. 2/5/2019

Randy was the ultimate professional in servicing our furnace problem. He was kind, polite and efficient in his approach to fixing the problem. I admired how he diagnosed and expertly checked each part to determine why the furnace had stopped operating. Although he did not have a part (Printed Circuit Board) with him to complete the repair, he made it possible for us to have heat until the part was delivered to our residence the next day. He followed up to make sure the part had arrived and scheduled to come back the next day to complete the repair. As usual, his professionalism and customer service was outstanding to complete the repair. We have been a HomeSmart member for over 12 years and it is Service Pro's like Randy B. that makes it all worth the investment. Thank you Randy B. for your outstanding service. Service call furnace tuneup 11/14/2018

Luis Sanchez was assigned to complete a furnace tuneup. He was a very friendly and personable serviceman! He explained everything he was doing and encouraged to ask more questions. When he completed the job, he ask what he could do to make the service call better. I was very impressed with Mr. Sanchez and his professionalism. I answered his question by stating the visit was efficient and you could not get any better, because you are the best. more

Danny S. came out and serviced my air conditioner. I had not had it running correctly for nearly 10 years. He spent about an hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and my A/C is running like brand new!!! Before he left, he provided some tips and talked about the future life of it. He is the BEST service person I have ever had work on any of my appliances, car, or anything!!!THANK YOU DANNY S!!!! more

Joe did an outstanding job getting my furnace and AC back in running order Joe was able to identify the problem and find the cause which, in my opinion, was not a simple process. His experience and desire to do a good job for me was evident from the beginning. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone - a job well done. more

Joe Arp came to look at my AC determined it needs new motor, this was on Monday he ordered the part but it won't arrive till Friday so he left, that evening the AC died again I call Jo he said he'll find time between his schedule to come look at it he did with a new motor, he didn't have to do that he went above and beyond to help me and family I can tell he love his job he's passionate and take pride in his job I enjoyed a conversation with him learned something new. Thank you Joe I really appreciate it!!! more
