Lawrence is very knowledgeable in his work. Resolved all of our A/C issue (Noise) and initiated process to have our Water Heater R&R'd. Thanks again as Always!

Service Call 2/2/2018

Had returned from vacation and discovered that there was problem with our furnace. Notified Home Smart and was scheduled for service within 3 days. Manuel Lopez, our service technician, arrived promptly within the window of time provided by Home Smart. He provided a thorough analysis of the situation and discovered that motor required replacement. He immediately ordered the required parts and promised to return upon delivery. Parts were delivered to our house within 2 hours and Manuel returned shortly thereafter to make the needed repairs and change filter. I found him to be very professional and friendly. We have our heat back on and are very satisfied with HomeSmart and the Manuel's service. more

Luis Sanchez work 12/1/2017

After quickly completing the job the team was at my home to do, Luis Sanchez stayed on to help address an additional complaint I had that the heat blower was too loud. He made adjustments to the furnace operations until I was happy with the sound level. He also helped with adjustments to the thermostat. Luis S went way beyond normal customer service and did so late on a Friday afternoon. I am able to avoid waiting for another technician to come out and help with the noise. Luis also explained some of the technical parts . I'm impressed with Luis S.and Homesmsart that they provide this kind of customer service. more

Furnace Repair 10/19/2017

I had my furnace repaired by Kelly from Homesmart. He arrived on time and quickly determined the control board needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and delivered in less than a day. He came back and quickly had the furnace repaire He also replaced the old thermostat. He did a great job! I give Kelly 5 stars for excellent service. I called Homesmart three weeks ago and a Customer Service Rep told me I had to wait three weeks for an appointment even though my furnace would not turn on and it was cold outside. I found out they do have emergency service and I should have had an appointment sooner. Customer Service should be aware Homesmart provides emergency appointments. more
