Lawrence is very knowledgeable in his work. Resolved all of our A/C issue (Noise) and initiated process to have our Water Heater R&R'd. Thanks again as Always!

Kelly is a very conscientious repair man. He replaced our thermostat with a model that is easier to use and more reliable. He came, did the work timely, and it cost exactly (actually a little less) what he said it would cost. We would use him anytime for repair work on our heating/cooling system. more

We have used HomeSmart from Xcel Energy for years and have always had great experiences with them. They have always been prompt in returning calls and getting the appropriate contractor out to fix our appliance. This was the first time that we called regarding our furnace and we got Randy out within a few hours. He was professional, clean and extremely knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue with the furnace extremely fast. But he took the time to walk us through what we needed to do to maintain the furnace. Could not have asked for a better service rep. Thank you HomeSmart and especially Randy. more

Replaced Water Heater 1/30/2017
