I feel like a fool because I answered an ad on craigslist and got a guy who charged a flat rate for any repair. He was at my house until midnight and fixed one problem, but created a bunch of other problems in the process. He just couldn’t figure it out, gave up, and left me with a broken computer. I called Home Base Computer Services the next morning. The difference in the skill levels was as plain as night and day. Neil was in and out in an hour and my computer works great. He didn’t talk down to me, didn’t use a bunch of jargon. Good company. I’ll definitely use them the next time my computer breaks. more

My computer was running very slowly, and I was having a pop-up problem after upgrading to broadband. I called the folks at Home Base, and Carl came out to my house the next morning. He was here for only about 30 minutes, removed the offending program, upgraded my virus protection software, and fixed my pop-up problem. The cost was much less than I had expected, and the results exceeded my expectations. Top notch people. I will be using them again. more

Our wireless network stopped working. My husband decided that he was going to fix it himself and spent the whole evening getting frustrated and irritated and couldn't get it working. They came out the next morning and had everything working in 20 minutes. more

I?m a long-time customer. I first called Home Base Computer Services when our network was crashed and the computer consultant we?d been using couldn?t figure out the cause and we could barely work. I was so happy with Homebase Computer Services and their work. They were able to fix my computer after 3 other computer businesses said that it was fixed, got paid and then I had the same problem back within days. They picked up my computer at my home, dropped it back off and even loaned me a computer to use while mine was being repaired. I have since been to their office too and seen that it is a legitimate business and not some guy working out of his dining room. Their prices are reasonable, they are friendly and communicate well with me about my options for fixing it. They used plain english too, and didn't condenscend to me in computer terms that would go over my head as some of these other businesses did. A ++++ for Home Base Computer Services. more
