My computer was running very slowly, and I was having a pop-up problem after upgrading to broadband. I called the folks at Home Base, and Carl came out to my house the next morning. He was here for only about 30 minutes, removed the offending program, upgraded my virus protection software, and fixed my pop-up problem. The cost was much less than I had expected, and the results exceeded my expectations. Top notch people. I will be using them again.
