Worst

Your dental work is excellent, but I do not understand a charge of $149 for 15 minutes or so of work since you already received close to $400 for work on this tooth before.

The good , the bad and the followup 6/4/2011

A irritable woman called and said I was late for my appointment. The front office had entered it incorrectly on the computer. The first chair I sat in had no water, so we moved to another. Both dentist and assistant were distracted by a "Red Wings" celeb, wanted his autograph. The work on my teeth was very good and they both accommodated my requests. On leaving, the office staff gave me flowers as an apology. I will be back and would recommend Hires Dental, everyone is human :)Juliana Jackson more

You guys know I think you're great - after all, I've been coming to Dr. Hires since about 1983! I have ALWAYS been treated well, in your office - the staff is so friendly and very professional. And as for Dr. Hires, I was hooked from the time he came out to his office (which was closed) in an ice storm, on crutches, to fix my broken front tooth (MANY years ago)! Seriously, though, I've always been totally satisfied with any treatment I've had in your office (and it's been relatively painless...). Also, you guys have always managed to see me, promptly, for all of my (many) emergencies. Thanks to all of you for treating me so well! (Now, where's my bouquet?!) Sue Garza more

Great Dentist!! 6/4/2011

Comfortable, all around. Never felt at ease at ANY dentist but Hires had me calm the whole time. They explained everything before they did it which made me feel so much better than a bunch of hands in my mouth an not knowing what's happening. Highly recommend Hires to anyone, any age. :) more

Wonderful service 6/3/2011

My experience today was the first time for me. I was impressed with the front office staff showing me around and being so nice and at the. Ashley cleaned cleaned my teeth. This is the first time since I can remember that I've had such a thorough examination and cleaning of my teeth. I've seen quite a few dentists and hygenists over the years and this experience was the best. I'm so happy my husband and I decided to seek out Dr. Joe again. Thank you all so much!!! more

A deep cleaning issue 5/24/2011

I was in your office today, for what was called a deep cleaning (because I waited 8yrs between cleanings)I was told that I would probably need novacain because of the plaque being so close to the nerve deep inside the gums. I declined thinking the short term pain outweighs the long term discomfort of novacain shots.I was right I left your office in no pain from the cleaning .Sherri was quick but maticulous on the job ahead she also told me to signal at anytime if the pain gets to extreme.It never got to bad and I am very happy with the outcome.Now I have to decide on 2 unnessary crowns or a uncovered false inplant both very expensive i guess I'll live with a really big gap. more

Dr Hires and his staff made me feel good about going to the dentist after many years. Even after your treatment is done they are always available to answer any questions (I called at 10pm) Thanks to all of you, I will never leave this office! more

I had my last appointment with Hires Dental Studio last week. I'm moving and will not be able to see them for my dental care anymore. They are always warm & friendly and understanding when it comes to my anxiety with dentists. more

I am a wuss when it comes to dental care and all the staff are very understanding and considerate of this. They get the work done in a way that helps keep me from having a complete breakdown. And the work they've performed has been excellent. more
