A irritable woman called and said I was late for my appointment. The front office had entered it incorrectly on the computer. The first chair I sat in had no water, so we moved to another. Both dentist and assistant were distracted by a "Red Wings" celeb, wanted his autograph. The work on my teeth was very good and they both accommodated my requests. On leaving, the office staff gave me flowers as an apology. I will be back and would recommend Hires Dental, everyone is human :)Juliana Jackson
