I had a kitchen plumbing problem as well as a hot water heater valve one... I called heritage to set up an appointment and as promised they delivered...They sent Floyd Driggers (plumbing technician) and he provided excellent quality service and took care of my problems with the upmost professionalism... Everything was upfront , thoroughly explained and fixed properly with no short cuts...not to mentioned clean as well....all around excellent job ! more

I had a new washer and dryer delivered and learned that the washer lines and dryer venting, from 1985, was not up to code. William was very efficient and clear on what was needed and he handled the job with utmost professionalism. Very trustworthy. more

David Patenaude did a great job. 9/3/2015

David called when I was told he would. He showed up ready to solve my issue. He review the problem, gave me a quote and went to work. I have problems with plumbers before and now I will never call another plumber again. He showed me that some plumbers can be very professional and do a good job. He made sure that I knew what he was going to. I was very happy with the service he provided. Review for David Patenaude 8/31/2015

David and his apprentice arrived at 0800 as promised. They went right to work on installing a new toilet and bathtub fixtures in our upstairs bathroom. They worked diligently to remove the old stuff and install the new stuff. David's experience came in handy when some parts of the installation became difficult. But he persevered and got everything installed. He explained the use of the new shower fixture and the new toilet. The cleanup of the work sites in the house was done very well and thoroughly. David [and Dustin, too] is very professional in his work habits and polite to the customer. He fully explained the pricing estimate and a change that was necessary because of a missing part. I had provided the tub and shower fixtures kit which had a missing part. But the job got done very satisfactorily. Excellent job and service all around. more

Dave came out on a Sunday to fix my leaking upstairs toilet inlet valve, which was making a big mess in the ceiling in the room below. Dave was very easy to get along with - very congenial - very professional. He explained some things that helped explain why such a small leak (seemingly) was causing a big problem. He was very thorough and was done within the hour. more

I have been dealing with Heritage PHCE for several years, from plumbing issues to a new furnace installation in 2006. They are dependable, on time and very professional. Cost is competitive to other companies I have received estimates from. The Technicians always inform and inspect for any possible future problems on my yearly maintenance more

Heritage Plumbing -Truly Trustworthy 8/27/2015

We've contracted Heritage many times for heating and plumbing. We have zero complaints. We get very fast polite, friendly service. They answer all of our questions, label things, make sure we get all the info we want about how things work. The contractors are clean and tidy. They don't leave any mess. They care about customers' safety and will go out of their way to prevent injury and do repairs ASAP when they are urgently needed. more

Thank you to Matt Smith and Floyd for plumbing work they did at our home on 8/26 and 8/27. I'm so happy with the quick response to our problem. Floyd came, assessed the situation, and gave us a plan. Today, Matt Smith came and completed the jobs - professionally, courteously, neatly. He explained his work and checked and rechecked. Both men were so personable and professional. I'm also happy with the way they worked with us to achieve no interest financing/6 months to pay. Thank you, Heritage. I'm glad to know a company I can feel comfortable calling again should the need arise. more

Heritage Heating and Air Conditioning 8/26/2015

Rodney is an excellent serivce technician. He knows his stuff, and explains everything thoroughly. We've got a yearly air conditioning and heating service contract and have always been pleased with the service Heritage provides - right down to the paper booties covering their shoes when inside, to prevent tracking dirt into the house! These guys are pros! more
