Dennis is like most of the other Heritage technicians. He knows his job and does it very professionally. When he was done the only things that was different was the work he did. No mess. more

Second to None 9/13/2015

I was lucky to have chosen Heritage for an emergency hot water heater issue and even luckier that Floyd Driggers was the technician who conducted the repairs. By far, I have never had a technician in my home be as professional as Floyd. He explained everything clearly to me, advised me of several options and diagnosed my problem quickly. The service he provided was over-the-top, and is very rarely seen in this day and age. I would recommend Heritage to anyone because they have a professional like Floyd Driggers on staff and I now know both are second to none. Sharon E. Rochester, NH more

Chris B was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and got the work done fast and cleanly. Heritage is always great,and I have used them a number of times for both plumbing and electrical. They never disappoint. Timely appointments, show up on time and great at what they do. I wouldn't use anyone else. more

Great service 9/5/2015

Dennis was helpful in educating me on my water heater, where my shut-off was and why service should be done yearly. He was very personable and when asked for other work that I might want (second water spicket on back of house) he was quick to say he (Heritage) could do the job and quoted a price. I will be doing this work in 2016 and Heritage with definitely get a call, Thanks Dennis for your help. more

AC Service 9/4/2015

The return call from Heritage was nice and early this AM and the service appointment was made ASAP. Bryan H was on time and very thorough. I understood all of his suggestions and the work was completed very quickly. I will need a few days to know if all repairs were successful, but so far, so good. more
