David and his apprentice arrived at 0800 as promised. They went right to work on installing a new toilet and bathtub fixtures in our upstairs bathroom. They worked diligently to remove the old stuff and install the new stuff. David's experience came in handy when some parts of the installation became difficult. But he persevered and got everything installed.
He explained the use of the new shower fixture and the new toilet. The cleanup of the work sites in the house was done very well and thoroughly. David [and Dustin, too] is very professional in his work habits and polite to the customer. He fully explained the pricing estimate and a change that was necessary because of a missing part. I had provided the tub and shower fixtures kit which had a missing part. But the job got done very satisfactorily.
Excellent job and service all around.
