Worst

I would advise you to be careful when working with this studio. They over billed me for my visits. It might be best to find a more ethical place to work out at.

Great for Yoga and Pilates 7/12/2005

Harmony is my favorite place for yoga and pilates classes. They take beginners to advanced students and the price is comparable to others in the city. As soon as you walk in you can feel the meditative state and are immediately relaxed. That, with the great instructors is the reason why it's my favorite. more
