Great place to work with. Had my truck towed in the other day. It would not start. My truck need a lot of work and they got it done in a day. more

Do not use H&H Mobil for anything. They are scam artists and will rob you. They ripped me off $620.00 on a scam that they probably do to many unsuspecting customers. Do not use their tow service or repairs service and I would not get gas from them. more

Horrible towing service, wouldn't use them again if my life depended on it! They took an hour to get to me after saying it would only be 10-15 min. and also very expensive more

Be aware this tow company makes money towing cars from poorly marked lots. Had car towed from a parking lot that was marked unauthorized cars will be towed. I parked their overnight after eating at one of the restraurants. Anyways long story short employee said ""I dont give a f*** about customer services my business is towing."" dont give these loosers money! more

Let me start off by saying, I would never use this company after witnessing the lack of judgement and poor taste displayed by an employee. I witness an employee (Chris - that's what was printed on his COMPANY UNIFORM) arguing with another individual and before you know it there's at least three (3) police cars involved. I'm not going to assume what happened but there's no way I'll take my car to a shop that employs individuals who act that way in public while wearing a company uniform. Once again, I don't know what it was about but if an employee can act that way in public, how would he behave towards a customer at the shop. That's not the way to promote a business in these hard times and that display made me very uncomfortable. more

My friend was in an accident, Their first quote to haul the car 3 miles was 200! Then when she went to pick up the car all of a sudden the bill was closer to $400 and they really wouldn't ever explain why. I've heard that they really take advantage of the college kids and now have seen it first hand. more

My first impression of the business over the phone was not bad. But, they are liars. They had no problem quoting $1300 in unnecessary repairs. Keep away from the place. more

When I got my overcharged bill, I asked them to explain about that. They ignored me and treated me as like a child. They were so rude. Do not go this place. They will rip you off!!! more

Had another great experience at H&H Mobil... just like I've come to expect. Repair work to my car done with quickness, quality and honesty. Professional and extremely friendly staff. Clean and well maintained facility. How could it get any better. Oh, and the owners actually work right beside the rest of the staff, not hiding in an office somewhere like so many of the chain type places. Jim and Josh are there practically all the time. They are the best! more

I want to call the attention of anyone that may be thinking about making business with them. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!! YOU ARE STILL ON TIME TO AVOID THE DISASTER!!!. I stopped by 1 week ago to get a quick change oil.....not so quick, 4hours later they were not done with the job!!. And of course the final bill was not $36...surprisingly it went over $46 with no REASON and blaming on my misinterpretation of the conversation....LIERS!!! Drive the car no more than 15 miles and....SURPRISE!!!...Every single stop by the light.....Check Gauges alarm!!!!. Of course and after claiming for an inspection and repair..."" we are so sorry we do not think we caused the problem in your car"" but we would be pleased to repair (TO STEAL MY MONEY AGAIN!!) it at a good price. Horrible customer service and RUDE owners. If you are a young person they would teach you about "" life"" and ""how things have to be done in America"". RACIST, UNRESPECTFUL, LIERS, UNPROFESSIONAL........ The last nice words from the owner were....""get out of here a....hole"" NEVER MIN-RESPECT A YOUNGER PERSON WITH A HIGHER DEGREE THAN YOURS H&H Mobil...... Being a girl I hate having to get anything done to my car based on the experiences I have had when I go get something done. I always need more done than I went in for, or get charged for things that should be free (no joke one time a dealership billed me $30 to change a headlight that cost $1.79!). When I can I get my dad to come along, but being away at school now that's usually not an option. Last night I ran to get a quick oil change at one of those 10 minute places. An oil change was all I needed, that's it. Well, no sooner did I hand the guys my keys and sat waiting for a few minutes did they come in and tell me I needed to get my timing belt replaced or else I risked getting in an accident if I drive. That I prob have less than 30 miles left before it just pops, but LUCKY ME that I came at the right time to catch it. Sigh. How does this happen for a simple oil change?? I asked if they could show me what they were talking about and when he took me to the garage my car was in pieces! I was livid, all I asked for was an oil change, not a 20 point inspection nor had I approved them doing a repair. Like WTF? I was pretty much on the verge of tears and called my boyfriend to see if he could come meet me. He did and made some calls on the way and found a place that he'd heard good things about, H&H Mobile. The service department was closed but they agreed to look at it to see if it was at least safe to drive. We had the cheapo oil place assemble my car and headed over. I was a mess and now scared that my car was about to break down and that I'd need $500 worth of work done which I cannot afford. Christmas is ruined, now I can't buy gifts for anyone, let alone pay rent now, my mind was whirring. My bf took the lead once we got to H&H Mobile and I went in the store side to grab a coffee. And here is where my review begins.... As I walked up a young woman with a cute blonde baby at her side asked if I was okay. I said yes, well kind of, and that I was embarrassed about how upset I was but that another place just dissected my car, etc. She walked in with me and assured me that it would be ok. She went onto say that her dad owned the station and that they take very good care of their customers. She told me to wait inside and she'd go check on things. Moments later she returned and told me what was wrong and that it would be closer to $200 not $500 AND that my car was probably safe to drive for at least a few weeks if I wanted to bring it back when I had time (and since the mechanic wasn't in until the morning). It was so nice to not feel pressured to get something done, and like I wasn't getting ripped off! I am taking it next week before my long drive home for the holidays. If you are a girl looking for a shop you can trust I highly recommend this place! more

I have had work done to my 35 year old car as well as my utility trailer recently and both the Owner and the Manager were very professional, informative, and eager to please...I have stopped for gas a couple of times and the Owner actually came out to wash my windows...I would certainly use them again! more

My daughter parked her car where she shouldnt have and it was towed By H & H Mobile.. Not exactly a happy day for her, but with that said the people of H & H were very accomidating and kind, informed her that she can save some fees if she gets the car picked up by a certain time, and also made sure we knew that they car was properly towed (being all wheel drive it mest be done a certain way). all in all they handled a not so good situation with care and class.. I have also had some service done at this station more than once and never had any issues. This is an example of a private owned business with an owner that truely cares.. more

My story: my car was towed illegitimately from a parking lot because a local landscaping service noticed it had been sitting there a couple of days so called to report it and had - who else? - H&H come to take it away. Neither the landscapers, H&H nor the police bothered to check with management of the place where my car was parked to see if the car was allowed to be there (it was - I had an arrangement with the business). They simply towed it anyway and I ended up paying *H&H* the fee later to get my car back. It's so plain to see, based on who my money went to, who benefits from random, unwarranted towing like that. Like, I said, CORRUPT. And I for one am a very DISSATISFIED (and never-meant-to-be) customer. more

Car broke down a mile or 2 away from their shop and was towed to its shop to be looked at. Took 2 days to get looked at and was charged to be looked at which was fine until I got a call saying the problem was oil leaking into the distributor and many other issues could come as well, which they could not specificy. I was given an estimate of 870 dollars before the charge of the tow. Then calling around to find estimates and learning of what exactly this problem was I learned from my mechanic from my hometown in Grand Rapids that this was a 15 minute fix of replacing one small cap. He sent down his own mechanic on an hour drive and took him about 15 minutes, only charging me 150$ even with the long drive. BOTTOM LINE, THEY WILL OVER ESTIMATE YOU BY ALOT BECAUSE THEY THINK YOU WILL PASS OVER YOUR MOMMY OR DADDYS CREDIT CARD BEING MANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE COLLEGE STUDENTS. on top of that the owner was a dick and threatened to send my car to the impound lot when he knew i wasnt going through them. TRUST ME PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE Cons: they not only try to screw you but are very mean as well more

This business establishment is a blight on the reputation of Lansing. They lie in wait, seeking to tow as many vehicles as possible, charge exorbitant rates, and treat the car owners like dogs. During a recent Spartans game, they towed at least 150 cars from lots in the city that were not clearly marked as no-parking zones!! My kids and I had to walk 3 miles to get to their station, where they proceeded to squeeze our money out of us, and treat us with mocking disgust. There were other victims walking in from all over, and it was a mob scene--people yelling and crying! Everyone was charged $160-$210, plus given a $40 parking ticket. Customers that protested the high rates were told ""Too bad! Pay up or pay more later, and if you keep complaining, we will call the cops!"" Then they refused to give some people a ride to the lot 5 miles away were their car was impounded!! I have never seen a business treat people with such unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this place. Stay way!! Give them NO business!!! Pros: Pros at treating people horribly. Cons: Cons? They should be CONvicts! more

I have used H&H many times over the years for various vehicles and their repairs. The honesty and integrity they maintain is unbeatable and their customer service is top notch. There has been more than one occasion over the years where they could have easily sold me something but talked me out of it due to the age or condition of my vehicles. They even drive me to work and pick me up when my car is being repaired. I would recommend these folks to anyone as I know they will treat my friends as I would want to be treated. I have read the negative reviews and I would have to surmise that they come from the fact that we live in a major college town and they do tow quite a few vehicles that aren't parked where they are supposed to be. Sour Grapes. Pros: Great Value! Not the least expensive place, but you always get more than you pay for! Cons: There aren't more people like this in the world. more

A very good thing about them is that they have an E85 pump (meaning the fuel blend is 85% ethanol). I don't know of any other places in the area to offer this, though I also have not been looking very hard because I don't have a car that can take this high of ethanol content. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS. MSU is a terrible place for students paying their own way through school to attend. If you are like me, you will have to live off campus to get the least expensive housing you can find. In order to do so I have to drive to school, well I parked in a plaza parking lot, and this company H AND H had their manager sit outside and watch so they could ROB poor students of every dime they have. They charged me $250 to get my car back. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. The most I ever paid for a towing when I needed it was $65. It breaks my heard that a company would thrive on doing this to students. When I asked for my car back they laughed and told me I was one of the 15 they had towed that day and it was only 1:00pm!!!!!!!!!! I hope the feel damn shamed at what they do, and I hope you will TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Pros: NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! more
