Let me start off by saying, I would never use this company after witnessing the lack of judgement and poor taste displayed by an employee. I witness an employee (Chris - that's what was printed on his COMPANY UNIFORM) arguing with another individual and before you know it there's at least three (3) police cars involved. I'm not going to assume what happened but there's no way I'll take my car to a shop that employs individuals who act that way in public while wearing a company uniform. Once again, I don't know what it was about but if an employee can act that way in public, how would he behave towards a customer at the shop. That's not the way to promote a business in these hard times and that display made me very uncomfortable.
