We went there in 2010 and thought we'd give this place a try since it appears to be 'famous' and there is ALWAYS a line waiting outside. So we thought it must be good, right? Well, we were a party of 6 and sorry to say, none of us were impressed with the pizza. It was OK but not great. We all scratched our heads afterwards wondering why people would want to wait to get into Grimaldi's when there are so many good pizza joints in NYC. The worst, however, was spotting a big roach running underneath our table. That certainly killed off whatever appetite we had left after the first bite. In case you still want to go find out for yourself how their pizza taste, you should know that they only sell pies, no slices, unless they have changed their policy.
