Very one sided leases. Their leases say they can fine you an unlimited amount of money for things that aren't your responsibility, such as if the pool and grounds aren't clean when you are renting a condo. Those are the condo association's responsibilities not yours. Their administrative fee is very high just to provide you with a generic lease, instead of not being lazy and tailoring it to the actual property you are renting. They will not negotiate terms of the lease. If you are a property owner, do not consider this company as your property will sit unrented for months due to the things I mentioned above. more

I am a fairly new property owner doing business with GoldenWest Management. Still a bit early to give a proper assessment on their handling of my property but so far I am very happy with the service I have received.\r The ad I saw placed on Craigslist was excellent. Really loved the 360 degree shots and the clarity of the pictures. Your website is also very neat and easy to browse. Every time I have phoned with a question, your staff have been very help full and friendly.\r I cannot that I have ever had any other of my properties sign a contract and move in a few days later…well done. Thanks.\r more

Monica has been FANTASTIC. I was really nervous about finding a good home in Vail. We had been through a very devastating loss of a home and had a very difficult time finding a new place to live. I’ve always had great success in dealing with GWM. Cynthia is so helpful whenever I need her. Last week I had a problem with an air-conditioner that required more than usual follow-through and problem solving. She had to make contacts with two different companies and with the tenants (of 1065) on more than one occasion. I really appreciate how polite and patient she was and how well she kept me informed. Our agent has been helpful and very prompt in response to all our questions right from the start. Any service requests we've had have been attended to promptly and we are very grateful for their assistance. We have only dealt directly with our landlords before so this is our first experience working with a property management company. We are very happy with our agent, he has been so helpful! more

We had a problem tenant recently that required evicting them and GoldenWest took care of everything without charging us any extra for the effort. The staff at GoldenWest were so helpful and supportive with everything needed to get the house ready for my first tenant. Since then the service has been the same. Excellent. I used to manage my 4 unit complex and eventually decided to have GoldenWest take over. Since then, our costs have been kept down and they have done great work keeping it occupied with tenants. It's nice to be able to take time off now without the chance of getting a call to fix any problems myself. more

First of all. every single one of the posts below are fake and were created by Goldenwest. Citysearch and yellowpages allow anyone to post without ever reviewing anything. If you google Goldenwest you will see on Yelp there are some very bad postings and Jayson yoss and his team of rude, incompetent, unlicensed staff were able to sneak a few positive ones in. goldenwest is the worst management company ever. They never return calls. They will not fix anything. nothing but excuses and they are very unprofessional and down right rude. one of the managers is sherry Chaffin whom is without a doubt the most rude person we have ever met. Jason yoss is a complete joke and apparently lives in another state outside of NV. We tried to contact him and he wouldn't return calls. Our legal team is in the process of filing now. they are not going to get away with what they have done to us. more
