I’ve always had great success in dealing with GWM. Cynthia is so helpful whenever I need her. Last week I had a problem with an air-conditioner that required more than usual follow-through and problem solving. She had to make contacts with two different companies and with the tenants (of 1065) on more than one occasion. I really appreciate how polite and patient she was and how well she kept me informed.
