First of all. every single one of the posts below are fake and were created by Goldenwest. Citysearch and yellowpages allow anyone to post without ever reviewing anything. If you google Goldenwest you will see on Yelp there are some very bad postings and Jayson yoss and his team of rude, incompetent, unlicensed staff were able to sneak a few positive ones in. goldenwest is the worst management company ever. They never return calls. They will not fix anything. nothing but excuses and they are very unprofessional and down right rude. one of the managers is sherry Chaffin whom is without a doubt the most rude person we have ever met. Jason yoss is a complete joke and apparently lives in another state outside of NV. We tried to contact him and he wouldn't return calls. Our legal team is in the process of filing now. they are not going to get away with what they have done to us.
