Glendale Kia

Wow, just got back from service department and Adrian couldn't get me out the door quick enough. He told me the charges were going to be $1200 and they ended up being $1720!!! He didn't go over the bill, just handed it to me and said make sure you change the battery, which starts everytime, never a problem. Now I look at my bill and he charged me for wipers, that were brand new, and double bills me for brakes and charges a $110 road test. My advice to everyone is find another Kia dealer to take your car to, this place is a rip off. I would love to publish my bill, no wonder he got rid of me so quickly! Don't go there. more

I wanted to pay Armen T. at Glendale Kia a real compliment. I ended up buying from Superior 1 Kia, but only because of the convenient location, and because Superior had serviced our other Kia so well. Glendale has a great selection, and outstanding prices.\r \r Armen was attentive, informative, answered all my questions, and it was very difficult to go to Superior for the sale. Glendale Kia should make sure he gets promoted, because he sells cars the right way; he's not manipulative or pushy, but listens to the customer and provided the information I needed; he followed up in exactly the way I asked him to, and was very courteous and thoughtful with the way he handled everything. Salesmen like Armen give Kia a good reputation. I feel rather bad that I didn't give him the sale, he deserved it, but I didn't want to have to drive all the way to Glendale for service (which, in LA traffic, can be a real nightmare). If you are near Glendale, check out Kia and ask for Armen T, he will make the car buying experience a delight. Pros: Great selection, outstanding prices, Armen T is a fine salesman Cons: too far from Tarzana more
