I called for service in the afternoon and I had a new garage opener installed before 7PM. I couldn't have been happier with the service. The woman answering the phone told me when to expect the service call and then called back to let me know the service would be delayed. Shem was very personable and explained everything satisfactorily at a level I understood. He answered all questions I had. He recommended safety feature which I didn't know was available or necessary.
