Get it tight ~ Get it right! 10/31/2008

Oh My God!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all I went out to boot camp looking all cute thinking, oh this program will be just like the ones in the past. WRONG. Get in Shape Boot Camp kicked my butt. After the first 10 minuets I wanted to quit but the instructors were so wonderful they gave me just the right amount of encouragement which helped to push me to finish all 45 minuets of that session. I became addicted to boot camp!!!!!!!! In fact I was so hooked, I would go to bed extra early to make sure I was well rested so that I could give 110% for every class I attended. Get in Shape Boot Camp pushed me beyond limits I never thought I could go. After enduring and overcoming the physical challenges of Get in Shape Boot Camp I feel like I can tackle any thing I set my sights on. What are you waiting for? Get out and try it !! Amazing Program - Amazing Leadership 10/31/2008

Get in Shape Boot Camp is an AMAZING program. Everyday is a challenge and everyday is fun and exciting. The day starts with review of your eating habits (LOGBOOK) and proper nutrition. After that, it's the warm up. Then we are introduce to new exercises, new agility drills, unbelievable cardio, and weight training that will help build nice muscles that will ultimately burn fat. The core an ab day is tough, however, you will make it through and be sore as HELL (in a good way). At the end of the program when you do your assessment - WOW. WOW. WOW I didn't even push myself as hard as I should have and WOW. I absolutely will push even harder for my next month. Don't tell nobody - BUT your LOVE LIFE goes through the roof. I feel like a 21 year old again. OUTSTANDING PROGRAM You better sign up today and get right for the HOLIDAYS Pros: The various workouts that keep you moving and never know what's next. Boot camp is the way to go!!!!!! 10/21/2008

Get In Shape Boot camp is a great fitness program. The workouts are challenging and fun. It is never boring! This is my 6th month and I still love the program. I joined to lose some weight and to begin exercising again. I had no idea it would be a life changing experience!!!!!! I have lost close to 40 lbs, eat healthy, and am physically active again. It is great to work out with others with similar goals. Fellow boot campers are fun, friendly and supportive. The instructors will work with you at your level and help you to reach a higher level of fitness. Being outdoors at Stone Mountain Park is great. It is great to be healthy and slim again!!! Step out of the gym and try something new!!!!! I highly recommend this program for getting and staying in shape!!!\r \r Pros: great value, great instructors, great results Cons: A.M. wake-up, but it does get easier more

Excellent way to ""Get in Shape"" 10/21/2008

GIS boot camp is a great way to stay motivated while getting in shape. The trainers challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. I never get bored as the work outs are different each day. I initially committed to doing 2 months of boot camp, but it became addictive and I ended up doing 7 months. Try it... you WILL NOT be sorry. The results are great!! more

Great workout!! 10/21/2008

I am on my 3rd month with Get in Shape boot camp. I love it!! I have always been active but I get bored easily with my workouts. This class is not boring. The workouts change every day. I have noticed a big improvement in my energy level and I am slimming down and toning up!! I highly recommend Get in Shape boot camp. Shannon (Stone Mountain) is a great instructor. Class participants are all very encouraging and supportive to others. Pros: many locations and times, great instructors, great value Cons: waking up at 5am!! more

Excellent choice for people of any fitness level. 10/20/2008

When I joined Get In Shape bootcamp over a year ago, I inteded to do it for a month or two just to get in shape. I feel in love with the concept and I'm still at it! When I started I couldn't even do 5 real push ups...now, I""m th push up queen. I've even learned to love running. I love the encouragment you get from the others and have made some good friends. This program holds you accountable and encourages you to eat healthy and make exercise a part of your life. The best part about boot camp is that there's always something new. GIS offers many classes and times so it easily fit into my schedule. Also, GIS is, by far, the best bootcamp value around. Many boot camps I checked into were easily a car payment. I love bootcamp! Pros: Many classes and locations. I love that it is out doors. Cons: You have to give up cupcakes and cocktails for 30 days. Ugh. more

Great way to meet people with common goals and stay motivated. One session is a good way to determine what you need help with Pros: small class sizes, lots of hands on help Cons: outside in the park...it's getting colder more
