Get in Shape Boot Camp is an AMAZING program. Everyday is a challenge and everyday is fun and exciting. The day starts with review of your eating habits (LOGBOOK) and proper nutrition. After that, it's the warm up. Then we are introduce to new exercises, new agility drills, unbelievable cardio, and weight training that will help build nice muscles that will ultimately burn fat. The core an ab day is tough, however, you will make it through and be sore as HELL (in a good way). At the end of the program when you do your assessment - WOW. WOW. WOW I didn't even push myself as hard as I should have and WOW. I absolutely will push even harder for my next month. Don't tell nobody - BUT your LOVE LIFE goes through the roof.
