Get In Shape Boot camp is a great fitness program. The workouts are challenging and fun. It is never boring! This is my 6th month and I still love the program. I joined to lose some weight and to begin exercising again. I had no idea it would be a life changing experience!!!!!! I have lost close to 40 lbs, eat healthy, and am physically active again. It is great to work out with others with similar goals. Fellow boot campers are fun, friendly and supportive. The instructors will work with you at your level and help you to reach a higher level of fitness. Being outdoors at Stone Mountain Park is great. It is great to be healthy and slim again!!! Step out of the gym and try something new!!!!! I highly recommend this program for getting and staying in shape!!!\r
