When I joined Get In Shape bootcamp over a year ago, I inteded to do it for a month or two just to get in shape. I feel in love with the concept and I'm still at it! When I started I couldn't even do 5 real push ups...now, I""m th push up queen. I've even learned to love running. I love the encouragment you get from the others and have made some good friends. This program holds you accountable and encourages you to eat healthy and make exercise a part of your life. The best part about boot camp is that there's always something new. GIS offers many classes and times so it easily fit into my schedule. Also, GIS is, by far, the best bootcamp value around. Many boot camps I checked into were easily a car payment. I love bootcamp!
Pros: Many classes and locations. I love that it is out doors.
Cons: You have to give up cupcakes and cocktails for 30 days. Ugh.
