I am on my 3rd month with Get in Shape boot camp. I love it!! I have always been active but I get bored easily with my workouts. This class is not boring. The workouts change every day. I have noticed a big improvement in my energy level and I am slimming down and toning up!! I highly recommend Get in Shape boot camp. Shannon (Stone Mountain) is a great instructor. Class participants are all very encouraging and supportive to others.
Pros: many locations and times, great instructors, great value
Cons: waking up at 5am!!
