Care Neglected 5/22/2023

It is very sad that i have requested to speak with office manger or to have him call me & i was told he did not have any contact information that could be given to me, I could only leave a message with office staff for a return call. When i only wanted to speak with him because office staff has been dropping the ball on my care. I was then sent over the the Supervisor of Nursing who told me my care had been neglected because they were short staffed. Completely blew me away because as a patient i should NEVER feel care is neglected due to staffing issues & as a Supervisor you should NEVER tell patient. Basically left me feeling like my care does not matter. more

Dr. Papiernek could care less about your well being, will alter your prescriptions to dangerous levels without even informing you and their office totally messed up my referrals. more

Its a joke 2/21/2012

If I could give them less than a star, I will. The physicians here don't care at all. I have seen Dr Jackson and Paula Knight for some time and in fact I can assure you that they don't get back to you obn time with the results of your test or if you need consultation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor medical service except a nice website and great account/billing staff. more

Gainesville After Hours Clinic 7/9/2006

This office has taken care of my wife and 5 children for the past 3 years.the service is wonderful,and Dr. McCoy is a person you can open yourself to. He has seen my kids at all hours, and promptly returned phone calls always. Do yourself a favor if he is taking new patients and see him if you are feeling poorly. the gainesville family physicians is a grat place to go to, i got my yearly physical done here, and the doctors are very nice and friendly. i cant find fault with this place. they accept a wide variety of insurances and they are kind about it too. some doctors are mean to you if you need a doctor but this one is very nice! more

I have been a patient of Gainesville Family Pratice for many years. Today I saw Dr Tunkle for the first time. She was young, bright, and very personable. I hate going to the dr but she made the experience so much nicer. She sat down and talked to me for 15 minutes which is pretty rare in the medical prefession. More importantly she actually listened to me more
