It is very sad that i have requested to speak with office manger or to have him call me & i was told he did not have any contact information that could be given to me, I could only leave a message with office staff for a return call. When i only wanted to speak with him because office staff has been dropping the ball on my care. I was then sent over the the Supervisor of Nursing who told me my care had been neglected because they were short staffed. Completely blew me away because as a patient i should NEVER feel care is neglected due to staffing issues & as a Supervisor you should NEVER tell patient. Basically left me feeling like my care does not matter.
