I have been coming here since I was 13 years old and I am now 40. I would consider that a "regular" customer. Tonight I called and ordered a to-go order and picked it up 20 minutes later. When I got home, I realized they had not included the slice of pizza I ordered. I called them to let them know I would come back to pick it up and Fuzzy's wife answered. She asked if I "was sure" the pizza wasn't in my order! I told her I was quite sure and that since I had to drive back up to get it, I hoped that it would be ready and I wouldn't have to wait for it. Fuzzy's wife said, "Ma'am, we made a mistake, you don't have to be so mean about it." Mean? When I returned to the restaurant, Fuzzy seemed embarrassed and added a slice to my order, but his shrew of a wife wanted to stand there and argue about what I'd said on the phone. I didn't need all that grief for cold pizza. Hey Fuzzy, your wife just lost your restaurant a 25+ year customer.
