I was shopping for a pizzaria to supply pizza for a company function. Based on the reviews, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Owner Fuzzy does poor business. As a 6/6/2012

Owner Fuzzy does poor business. As a resident of neighboring apartment complex, I noticed over the years that Fuzzy harasses people about his business policies. During hurricane Ike he gouged his prices and profited unlawfully off of people desiring a hot plate of food. He and his employees are extremely rude, prices are too high, and oddly enough cars keep getting vandalized in his parking lots. Pros: null Cons: null more

We have been enjoying truly 'gourmet-grade' pizza at Fuzzy's on Antoine for well over a decade. Tonight we had our favorite-- Margherita on whole wheat. (You still can't beat it anywhere!) Fuzzy's secret? Consistency. Pros: null Cons: null more

The rudeness is unbelievable. 8/3/2011

nasty servce. I was a loyal customer 20 years ago. Now, i will never return. But on the contrair Fuzzys on Mason Rd. is way better than the one on antoine. more

INCREDIBLY RUDE 6/26/2011

These people do not care at all about their customers. We watched a lady politely go up to the employee and tell her that the tuscany pizza infront of her was not what she had ordered and that she had ordered a pepperoni. The employee became upset by this and argued with the lady telling her that she was positive that she had ordered the tuscany. The lady continued to be polite and told her she wanted a pepperoni and the employee, rudely said "I asked you three times what you wanted and every time you told me you wanted the tuscany, i know what i heard." The owner came over and we expected her to get on to her employee for being rude but instead she rudely asked the lady if she was sure she had ordered the pepperoni. This lady had a small child so i highly doubt she would order a pizza covered with spinach and mushrooms. After the lady the left, the employees talk bad about her right in front of our face. I heard that Fuzzy himself is even ruder than his wife. more

Great pizza! Our father in law lives close to this location. We have picked up plenty of pizza on our drive down. I would recommend! more

Great pizza by the slice or whole pie. I like the salad, drink and pizza combo. You can order pizza w/wheat crust - nice option for us active and calorie conscious people. Either way tastes great! more

Good food/extremely bad service. 7/2/2009

I have been a customer of Fuzzy's on Antione for 20 years. Today was the last time. The women who called herself the owner was rude, loud, arrogant - told me they had no resposibility for making sure an order was correct. She put the phone down on me twice while I was explaining the order we had picked up was wrong. She told me it was my responsibility to make sure the order was correct and if I called again she would call the police on me. Such rudeness does not deserve to be supported. I doubt Fuzzy would approve nor the former President and First Lady. In fact I think they would be extremely disappointed that a once friendly place to eat had deteriorated so much. Pros: Good food. Cons: Rude, loud, staff. Poor service. more

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO FUZZY'S 6/10/2009

I?m still in shock as to what happened at Fuzzy?s the other week. my wife placed an order for pick up, and when I got to the pizza place ? the old man at the front starting ringing up my order. I didn?t know what my wife had ordered and the price seemed pretty high, so I asked ?excuse me, can u please tell me what my wife ordered?? and are u ready for this?..he threw my credit card back at me, and told me I?m being cheap and asked me ?why don?t u trust your wife? are the both of you poor and can't afford this meal?? ? I was about to jump over the counter and grab him ? but instead I kept my cool and told him I want a credit and I?m never eating there again ? he then told me to "GO TO HELL." I have since disputed the charge with American express (which I was successful at) and I reported the incident to the BB B (which I urge everyone to do.) This restaurant should be out of business, but WE need to act and report these incidents to the BB B. there is MUCH better Pizza in Houston. who needs fuzzy's!!! Cons: THE OWNERS ARE RUDE more

Admit good pizza but HORRIBLE customer service 6/10/2009

I too have never written a review however would have to agree with others that the owners, particualarly the female owner lacks common sense and consideration. The owner critzed my 18yr old daughter because she dropped her order of 2 slices of pizza off their new plates, which are very slippery. When we first walked in a man did the same thing and he was treated to new slices at no charge by the male owner. When the samething happened to my daughter the female owner was out and she got irate. She said it was my daughter's fault because she looked all dazed like she was sleepy or on something. The fact is my father was lying on his death bed and my daughter was down but not on anything!! The owner then argues with me that her mohter is ill too which gives my daughter no excuxe. I would have been willing to pay again for the pizza but do not criticize your customers and particulary my children. The man who dropped his pizza before me was aplogizing for our experience with the owner! What happened to the days when customers were always right?!? I have been to Fuzzy's for the last 15 yrs or more for dinner, lunch and birthday parties but ll never return again. Pros: Good pizza Cons: Owners & price more

No Customer Service 6/3/2009

I have had a run in with the owner myself which leads me to believe the following account a co-worker sent me about one of his friends experiences at Fuzzy's. Please read. Pros: Taste is no match for lack of taste Cons: No clue on how to treat people more

horrible customer service 6/3/2009

Like many many other reviwers, I also have to comment on the bad, rude service I have witnessed and been subjected to. This restaurant is in a nice, affluent neighborhood and there is a lot of disposable income surrounding this restaurant, but I suspect people will begin to stay away in droves due to the poor treatment. Contrary to an earlier post, these are not posts from competitors-just former patrons. Pros: ok pizza Cons: bad service, rude owner more

PARENTS SHOULD NOT BRING CHILDREN AROUND THE OWNER 6/1/2009

I have been a customer for years. My 2 year old son and I went in to pick up a to-go order tonight (June 1, 2009). The owner (husband) handed me my order and it wasn't complete. I told him what was missing, he filled more of the order but still not complete. At this point he went irate, screaming that he wasn't the one who took my order. He then began screaming "F-- You, I am the owner, F--- You, don't ever come back here". This entire time I had a 2 year old baby in my arms. My son was crying and shaking and this man continued to scream "F-- You, get out and don't come back". This man is unstable and this is definitely not a place to take children, much less take anyone there. Pros: NONE Cons: VERBAL ASSAULT BY OWNER more

Horrible Customer Service!!! 5/27/2009

I have never written a review before in my life but after the horrible experience I recieved at fuzzies a few weeks ago I needed to find an outlet to vent. I am not from houston, I am from up north and was told my a friend that fuzzies has great food, so I decided to check it out. I was told they have been around forever like the last person on here said and obviously my friend would never have sent me to Fuzzies had she known what I would encounter. Pros: None Cons: Horrible service, expensive pizza that isn't very good more

Pizza great; customer service great; prices fair 3/13/2009

The reviews that seem too ridiculous to be true are just that. UNTRUE! Mr. Fuzzy has been in business a long time and you don't stay in the pizza business in Houston if you don't serve good pizza at good prices. I'd bet my last piece of pizza (g-d forbid) that the reivews which cite ridiculous stories are written by competitors. Pros: Everything Cons: I can't have it everyday because my wife won't let me more

Great pizza - not so great price! 2/4/2009

We have been loyal customers of Fuzzy's on Antoine's for over 12 years. They are very consistent with their pizza and salads. Our only complaint and the reason we don't give them 5 stars is we feel the price of their pizza is too high and they don't deliver. Maybe with the competition of the new Russo's New York Pizzeria off the Katy Freeway @ Blalock, Fuzzy's will rethink their pricing. Pros: great pizza and salads, location is good Cons: they don't deliver, high priced pizza more

Mr. Fuzzy Serves Cold Pizza 1/19/2009

Last night, my family ordered a Fuzzy's special. We waited over 35 minutes before I went up to inquire about our pizza. It was found on a back table and handed to me. It was cold so I asked for it to be warmed in the oven --- I didn't even request them to make a new one, just warm this one up. Mr. Fuzzy came up to me and said that he was too busy to warm it and I had to eat it cold! I stood there dumb-founded. I asked him again, just in case he didn't hear me correctly and he proceeded to tell me to go to Domino's if I wanted hot pizza. He said his kitchen was too busy. Well, Mr. Fuzzy, if you are too busy to warm your cold pizza, you don't need my business. Furthermore, I willl never recommend any eating establishment that is "too busy" to take care of his customers. more

Best Pizza in town, but it is a pizza joint, not a 5 star restaurant!!! 12/28/2008

Okay...I finally have to comment because I think Fuzzy's is getting a bad rap. My family has ordered pizzas from there a couple of times a month for the last 10 years, and the pizza and salads are great!! Pros: Pizza and Salad Cons: Not always the frienliest, but that does not bother me more

Good Pizza, Not so good customer relations 11/12/2008

The pizza is good (as always) however, i have to agree with the other reviews, the customer service has slacked off in the last few years.--- mainly in part of the owner's wife. "Cranky" is the best word to describe the wife who usually is behind the cash register. It might be time to retire and enjoy life at home. perhaps hire someone in her place because she is making many customers change their minds about a memorial classic or send her in the back to roll out the dough because it will help with that pent up anger. I have been going to fuzzy's since i was in elementary school and i have lived in the memorial area for 20+ years. Sometimes i cant stand her attitude so much that i am more than wiling to drive to Star Pizza on Harvard. Im not paying or waiting for attitude after a long day at work. Good pizza. Fresh. Good Salad. BAD ATTITUDE. Pros: Pizza, Salad, Location Cons: Attitude more

Don't believe the bitter people PIZZA is awesome 9/28/2008

Well not sure why all the negative reviews are about, I have always been treated good there. Been going for a year now and PIZZA IS GREAT. Regardless of service, I would go for the pizza. Pros: Pizza, Big Screens and oh yah the Pizza Cons: No coke machine more

Fuzzy's wife shouldn't be allowed near customers 9/9/2008

I have been coming here since I was 13 years old and I am now 40. I would consider that a "regular" customer. Tonight I called and ordered a to-go order and picked it up 20 minutes later. When I got home, I realized they had not included the slice of pizza I ordered. I called them to let them know I would come back to pick it up and Fuzzy's wife answered. She asked if I "was sure" the pizza wasn't in my order! I told her I was quite sure and that since I had to drive back up to get it, I hoped that it would be ready and I wouldn't have to wait for it. Fuzzy's wife said, "Ma'am, we made a mistake, you don't have to be so mean about it." Mean? When I returned to the restaurant, Fuzzy seemed embarrassed and added a slice to my order, but his shrew of a wife wanted to stand there and argue about what I'd said on the phone. I didn't need all that grief for cold pizza. Hey Fuzzy, your wife just lost your restaurant a 25+ year customer. Pros: nearby Cons: parking, customer service, Fuzzy's wife more
