Had a partially plugged toilet. Service was excellent, on time and job was successful. 10 minutes of work cost $137.00, based on flat rate charging. Whatever the rationale behind the charge, 10 mins of work should not cost $137.00. I would've gladly paid the service fee of $69.00, as the job had to be done...or an hourly charge, prorated, for the work. Frymire and other plumbing companies should take a hard look at flat rate charging and charge only for the amount of work done. Although the work got done efficiently and effectively, the cost left a sour taste in my mouth.
