I made the appointment and was told someone would be here last Friday, March 14th. Wasn't given a morning or afternoon time and had to call Friday afternoon to confirm we were still on the schedule. While on that conversation, the young lady asked if I preferred to wait till Saturday. I said no I preferred Friday as scheduled. She explained we were next on the list. It was another little while before we were notitified James was on his way. We didn't know where he may be coming from and he didn't arrive till around 5:30-5:45 as we were sitting down to eat our dinner. He apologized and went about doing his job. We discussed water heaters and he told us our options and pricing. He recommended we not flush the existing tanks as they had not ever been done. He installed the water arrestors and after verifying all worked well, he left. A very nice young man and kept us well informed during his visit.
