Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

The policy of requiring the customer to make s financial decision to purchase filters and stock them before they are potentially needed even though I pay you over $300 to clean and check the system and install needed filters even though I pay you for the filters, if needed. You had over 2 months before my appointment to make sure that you had the filters available if needed, not to sell me filters before hand whether needed or not. This policy on filters has changed since I started using your service. more

The same person came who had been here last year went over my needs. He did a wonderful job last year on units that are far from young. Hopefully, what he did this year will make it work properly and make it last some time longer. more

Great service. Tech arrived earlier than I thought, which was great. He called ahead and let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous, and explained what he had done during the maintence check. Informed me my unit was good, which is great since summer is coming. Will recommend, again. more

There are other quality service companies out there, but I have yet to work with any that treat the customer as well as Frymire. From the awesome southern ladies who answer the phones, to the smart, PROFESSIONAL servicemen who come into my home, I always feel like my needs are a priority to them. I like getting a "30-minute head's up" call that actually comes 30 minutes before they arrive, accompanied by an email notification in case I miss the phone. I like that I get receipts emailed right from their iPads. I REALLY like that every single technician that has ever worked on my house is a long-time employee, and truly knows his trade. These guys have never tried to upsell me on a product I don't really need, and, in fact, seem to care very much about keeping my current systems running efficiently so that I can avoid costly replacement before it is actually necessary. It makes me very happy to be able to support a local business that has earned its reputation, and is such a great asset to the community. more

Thought maybe we could get by with replacing faucet washers but ended up replacing entire faucet stems. Wasn't shown old stems to see why new washers wouldn't suffice but am okay with just taking the Tech's word for it. more

The service from Frymire was exceptional. From scheduling the appointment to the actual service, your staff was exceedingly helpful and professional. There were two young ladies who I worked with at booking, than rebooking appointments because of unforeseen circumstances on my end. There were great. And I can't say enough good things about Jeff Castiglione their service technician. He was impressive. Jeff was on time, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I'd recommend Frymire in a heartbeat. more

Frymire was straight with me regarding my 12 year old furnace. They didn't try to sell me a new furnace or sell me parts since it was 12 years old and still humming along. They are very honest ! more
