The policy of requiring the customer to make s financial decision to purchase filters and stock them before they are potentially needed even though I pay you over $300 to clean and check the system and install needed filters even though I pay you for the filters, if needed. You had over 2 months before my appointment to make sure that you had the filters available if needed, not to sell me filters before hand whether needed or not. This policy on filters has changed since I started using your service.
