Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

25 years of EXCELLENT service!!! 6/23/2014

I have been with Frymire for 25 years maintaining the HVAC on the three houses I've owned. (Also rental houses in the past!) Every SINGLE technician has been prompt, professional, courteous and very careful to keep the house clean. I've never had a spot on the walls or flooring. I find their prices to be very, very fair. The annual service plan is inexpensive and absolutely worth every penny! You know a company is excellent when the same employees are still there after 25 years. I highly, highly recommend Frymire! more

He did not catch one problem in one A/C 6/20/2014

I called for the annual checkup and could not get into the schedule for about 2 months. I have had Frymire for a long time and the service technicians have always been excellent. This tech did not catch a noisy fan. It is always possible it was not noisy when he was here, but within an hour or so I had the A/C running and it was noisy, so noisy that I am not running it. more

Tech was on time and detailed explaining what he was going to do to complete checkup. Offered for me to watch. Brought to my attention a couple of items and made some recommendations. Completed work in a timely manner. more

Technician was polite, and careful to advise of everything he was doing and the reason why. Provided helpful hints for maintenance during check-ups and even gave advise on preparing for future replacement. more

Tech found something small and easy to repair that would have otherwise fried my compressor! 6/20/2014

Regular maintenance check ups are the way to go. He also found a blockage in the upstairs unit that could have caused water problems. Great job. more

The first thing he asked after saying hello was "Hwae you ever thought of buying a maintenance program"? At the end of the visit he asked if I had given any thought about the plans we talked about. I wanted serice...not sales. more

Tech was on time and check system and provided good feedbac 6/16/2014

Frymire tech called before arriving and was here on time. He was quick and clean and followed up on filters and let me know the UV light had gone out. Great job more
