Scheduled repair for noon which meant 5pm. Fan motor on outside unit needed replacement as I told the scheduler. Technician said replacement fan motor would take around 3 days since they don't know when they can for sure get a fan motor. Lennox has two distributors in Dallas and frymire installed the units on this house when I built it. I called frymire to double check on this 3 day estimate. I was told to call back the next day and basically beg Cynthia to help me get the part quick. I'm not on the payroll, I am not going to make phone calls and work on begging for my part.
Classic heating and air fixed this the very next morning. Guess low grossing repairs from return customers aren't a priority for frymire.

RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc:
This was scheduled as an afternoon call. We did not specifically state that we are going to arrive at 12:00 noon. We did however arrive same day as promised, diagnose the repair and quoted a price. Considering that it was after 5:00 PM and the Lennox supply houses were closed for the day, we could not ascertain availability of a replacement OEM part till the next morning. The customer requested that we replaced the part that night, a request that unfortunately we were unable to fulfil. The customer than requested cancellation of the part order.
I am unclear about the customers claim about being a return customer. We installed the systems for the home builder late 2007. The only prior service was in February 2009 for an air balance check, a year after the customer closed on his home. No service call or maintenance inspections since.
