Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Frymire installed my air condition/heating unit when my home was built. They have always provided me with great service. It seems I can always get an appointment. They guys that come out are always friendly and don't mind educating me on my unit and how to properly care for my unit and whats the best temp to keep my home cool and/or warm without breaking the bank. more

3 days for a Lennox fan motor 8/4/2014

Scheduled repair for noon which meant 5pm. Fan motor on outside unit needed replacement as I told the scheduler. Technician said replacement fan motor would take around 3 days since they don't know when they can for sure get a fan motor. Lennox has two distributors in Dallas and frymire installed the units on this house when I built it. I called frymire to double check on this 3 day estimate. I was told to call back the next day and basically beg Cynthia to help me get the part quick. I'm not on the payroll, I am not going to make phone calls and work on begging for my part. Classic heating and air fixed this the very next morning. Guess low grossing repairs from return customers aren't a priority for frymire. Grade = F RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc: This was scheduled as an afternoon call. We did not specifically state that we are going to arrive at 12:00 noon. We did however arrive same day as promised, diagnose the repair and quoted a price. Considering that it was after 5:00 PM and the Lennox supply houses were closed for the day, we could not ascertain availability of a replacement OEM part till the next morning. The customer requested that we replaced the part that night, a request that unfortunately we were unable to fulfil. The customer than requested cancellation of the part order. I am unclear about the customers claim about being a return customer. We installed the systems for the home builder late 2007. The only prior service was in February 2009 for an air balance check, a year after the customer closed on his home. No service call or maintenance inspections since. more

Prompt & Efficient 8/4/2014

Have been a customer of Frymire since 1999. Have had a maintenance contract with them since they installed our heat/AC during our new home construction. They installed a new AC unit in Oct 2012 that has a 10 yr warranty. On Sunday 7/13/14 heard a strange noise coming from the compressor & called them that night. They had a technician out here by 11:00am the next day. They said the capacitor was burning out and it was replaced under the warranty at no charge. more

Solved an Incredibly Complex Issue! 8/1/2014

Frymire installed my Trane HVAC system 22 years ago. In 22 years, I've only had to call them three times for service. First time was to replace an ignitor on the heater. Second time was to replace an AC compressor capacitor. And recently, Craig Flenniken diagnosed and repaired a very bizarre transient issue with the AC condenser fan and compressor not turning on simultaneously. Trane is well known for dependability, but any mechanical system has a life span and will eventually need service. Frymire has always provided me with exceptional service as evidenced by the age of my system. My satisfaction with their service is also why I have an appointment set with Frymire for a bid on a new HVAC system before my luck runs out. more

My system was just out of warranty and management was able to talk to Lennex to get replacement under warranty. Pleased with how management responded and how timely the transition was. more
