Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Love , Love, Love the folks at Frymire! 7/16/2014

No body wants to have to call a repair company to fix a broken heating or air conditioning system, but when you do, it is so refreshing to know that there is a company who does business with integrity and at a honest and fair price. My family has used Frymire for over 30 years and they have always taken care of the issue and done so quickly and reasonably. The bottom line for me is that I trust them and you can too! Thanks for your wonderful service! more

Awesome service! 7/16/2014

I had an air conditioning problem during a heat wave and figured I would have to a day or two for service. Not with Frymire! They came out within two hours of my request and got me squared away! Awesome! more

Compressor Replacement 7/15/2014

The recent compressor replacement has gone fairly well. There is still some additional system tweaking that is necessary, but our technician, Mike, is doing all he can to get it right. As for Frymire overall, we have used them for 9 years, and I have no reason to change. Frymire has not been perfect, but they have always responded to our concerns, and "made it right" in the end. Excellent service company. more

Very professional technicians 7/14/2014

The manufacturer of my A/C agreed to replace a part as I was having some problems with the system. The technicians arrived on time but the part that the manufacturer sent was not the right one. This happened twice. They finally took my part over so they could see what was needed. They finally got the right part and 8 hours later, it was installed. I appreciate their perseverance and patience in this situation (better than mine) and they were so nice, so professional and so understanding. They are really good people and an asset to Frymire. more

Service 7/14/2014

All I can say is I will continue to use Frymire. They installed the original equipment when my home was built and they have never disappointed me. Service from the call center to the tech always on time or a little early, informative and pleasant to ask questions too. Why the tech even put on slip-over booties just to come in (on a tile floor) to I could pay me bill. Keep doing what your doing. more

Poor service 7/14/2014

I called Frymire last year to report the noise that was coming from my out size unit and the service person stated nothing was wrong with the unit, I report it two months before the warranty expired. I received service on July of this year and now the service person is stating that a part needs to be replace now the service warranty has expired, this is fishy to me and the guy was not even going to mention the noise until I asked him to check. I have been using Frymire for about ten years now and if I have to pay for the installation or parts I will be taking them to court. My house is not even ten years old, the original unit are put in and replace after seven years by Frymire and nothing but problems amost every year. This has cost me thousands of dollars. If this issue is not resolved I will be taking my business some where else. more

Great job 7/12/2014

This service repair took all day. There were 2 men here from 9am until 7:30 with one break in between to get another part. They were courteous and always kept me informed of what was happening. more

We went with Frymire over a competitor who, instead of trying to fix our system, simply said we should replace our whole HVAC, which would have cost thousands of dollars. The Frymire tech came over, fixed the issue, and we saved thousands of dollars. more
