Worst

Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Great job and reasonable pricing 8/29/2014

Not that any A/C is reasonably priced, but we got several estimates. Frymire was just a tad higher than another, but we liked the fact it was a Trane and we were impressed with their team. They did a great job, cleaned up the installation, and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. more

Dean did an excellent job on getting the A/C working the way is should. He gave me his card and I kept it in Frisco. The next time I need service I will request that he come to the house.He is a great representative for your company. more

Outstanding 8/25/2014

The service representative got our A/C running very quickly, but realized that the problem was an intermittent power switch. We finally traced the problem to the switch in the attic, which was charred and cracked. His persistance was instrumental in permanently solving this problem, and we are thrilled at the quality of the service! more

Jeff got my AC back up and running even though a new coil is needed Why does the AC always go out on a Friday or Saturday? The service protection and Amana warranty paid off big time foe me. more

Installed new (replacement) 5-ton 16-SEER Trane, so far no problems 8/24/2014

Frymire was one of several HVAC firms to give me a quote. I like that their quote was emailed to me, and was detailed and specific. The installation went smoothly, and thus far (10 days later) the only issue was that the thermostat they installed was not the model in the quote, but they replaced it with the quoted model after I called. more

The serviceman came with 2 disposals to choose from. I chose the Insinkerator, which was the same brand he was replacing. He explained the quietness of this model, the fact that it was stainless steel. He did a thorough job and left me with the material I needed to send in the warranty, It is working well for me. more
