Poor Service - Rip-off 10/18/2022

I brought in my 2021 Toyota Supra and their tech damaged my airbag cover, broke connectors because he has no idea what he was doing. Instead of owning up to it, he claimed that they were loose connectors that I know for a fact were not in the condition they claimed. I asked them to put my car back together and they charged me for the hours. A total rip-off, stay away from this center. more

I have never had a problem when I brought any vehicle in to Fred Haas. I have always been satisfied. Sparky Twyford always takes good care of my cars. When I purchased my new Camry, Chris (my salesperson) couldn't have been more informative and helpful. So, Yes I am please with the service I have recieved from Fred Haas Toyota. more

I am loving my new Tundra, Chris Conner did an excellent job of getting me into the right vehicle, that had everthing I wanted. In addition, he was extremely patient with me and listened to what I had to say as sometimes I can be very indecisive. He made my Tundra buying experience a great one. Dear Jay. This email is written to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your assistance with the repair of my door. Its like driving a new truck again! Jesse Hartman was his usual "Mr. Above and Beyond" in getting in contact with me regarding the repair. I even got an alignment done at the same time. With the exception of maintenance done while I was on an assignment, I haven't taken my truck to any other dealer than Fred Haas World. I just had my 16th oil change done there at 89,490 miles. Their customer care protocol is outstanding, and I have and will continue to take my SUV there and recommend FH to other Toyota owners as the top of the line in customer service. Again, thanks to both of you for your help. more

I purchased a 2003 Ford Expedition from Steve. He was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. In the course of the financing, Newell recommended your warranty. I am not one who usually buys warranty, figuring if necessary just replace. I am very fortunate that he pointed out the ‘electronic’ converage and I realized that all the vehicles now are pretty much controlled this way. Therefore I purchased the gold plan. With this in places charles and Shelley have been very helpful explaining and taking care of the warranties issues I have had. Also Lynn in rental taking care of the type of vehicle I needed while mine was being repaired. more

Excellence In Customer Service: I would like to commend your dealership and specifically Mr. Robert Hutching for assiting me in purchasing my Rav4. Mr. Hutching helped me work through a difficult situation. I purchased a new Camry in June 2009 fom Mr. Hutching. Approximately a year later, the car was totaled. I came back to the dealership because of my first experience with Mr. Hutching. Mr. Hutching's knowledge of the products and customer service skills sold me on the Camry. As a part of the original purchase, Mr. Hutching explained about gap insurance. This was the first time i had ever been offered this product. If Mr. Hutching had not recommended the gap insurance, the Camry would not have been paid off now. There would have been a note on the Camry and I would also have needed financing for another vehicle. This would have been financial hardship that was eliminated Mr. Hutching's helped me find the vehicle I was looking for, get financing and close the deal. Thank you and your staff for providing excellence in Customer Service. I have already and will continue to recommend the dealership to my friends, co-workers and family. more

I have to tell you, I was 100% pleased with my first visit to the service department(which is "a first") From the moment I drove up with my car, until the time I left with my complimentary rental it as an absolute delightful experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional - and these days that is extraordinary. Then I bought my camry, after my experience with the service department, and all the professionals I met along the way, I know I have made the right decision. I appreciate the customer service, the "my pleasure"'s instead of "no problem", and how quickly it was recognized as someone who was there for help.
