Dear Jay. This email is written to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your assistance with the repair of my door. Its like driving a new truck again! Jesse Hartman was his usual "Mr. Above and Beyond" in getting in contact with me regarding the repair. I even got an alignment done at the same time. With the exception of maintenance done while I was on an assignment, I haven't taken my truck to any other dealer than Fred Haas World. I just had my 16th oil change done there at 89,490 miles. Their customer care protocol is outstanding, and I have and will continue to take my SUV there and recommend FH to other Toyota owners as the top of the line in customer service. Again, thanks to both of you for your help.
